My name is Brittany Ellingsen. I am a fitness nerd who loves lifting heavy things, sports, running, dogs, and great beer and pizza in moderation on top of a healthy lifestyle. I am on a mission to help you accomplish your goals through the power of strength and fitness! Whether you are working out in a gym, in a park, or in a living room, YOU CAN REACH YOUR GOALS AND IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH AND WELLBEING.
I started personal training in 2015 after I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. During my time at EWU I started my training career off by interning in the strength and conditioning center. I have continued to pursue my education through certifications and currently finishing my Graduate Degree in Applied Exercise Science through Concordia University. My clients reach their goals in a safe and efficient way through scientific programing, learning proper technique, and specific mobility work to improve movement mechanics, strength, and overall health!
My services include one on one personal training to have full attention on you and your goals! Online personal training to have that great in-person experience long distance by personalized programs dedicated towards you and your goals, bi-weekly training skype/phone calls, and video demonstrations for technique. As well as nutritional accountability for daily food log check in, weekly weigh in, and weekly measurements.
