Pre-Turkey Workout Blast!
A special 3-week program leading up to and a few days after Thanksgiving! All workouts can be done anywhere! Bands and dumbbells are recommended for extra resistance but not required. 3 weeks of 6 workouts per week. All encompassing strength, high intensity interval training, conditioning, and core strength! On top of a great 3-week program to get you pumped up for Thanksgiving, a contest is involved! Everybody who checks into the workouts 90+% and makes 2/3 weigh-ins gets entered into a raffle to win an in-person (or online if distant) movement assessment screening and a month-long workout program dedicated to the winner and their goals!
